Phone and WhatsApp are for booking assistance and existing matters. Legal advice on a new matter is provided during a scheduled, paid consultation.
Document review, drafting, filings, representation and investigations are quoted separately.
Full payment is required when booking. You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Have the names of all parties and a short description of the matter ready. Do not send confidential documents until legal representation has been confirmed in writing.
